Aileen McLeod

Aileen is the Director of Business Planning and Commercial for Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks (SSE). She has worked in the utilities sector for over 20 years, initially for the economic regulator for water before joining Perth-based energy company SSE.

Aileen is a passionate advocate for the practical action needed for a just transition towards a ‘net zero’ society and economy. She brings deep experience and knowledge of sustainable business practices, looking to ensure public policy objectives result in real world benefits for people and communities.
