Chris Westcott

Chris Westcott is the Global Head of Employee Relations for Johnson Matthey (JM).  Chris joined JM four years ago following more than a decade working for BAE Systems in the Clyde Shipyards

Chris is passionate about driving employee led productivity enhancing cultural change within organisations and has previously partnered with the UK Commission for Employment and Skills to share learning from his BAE culture change experience with organisations around the UK.

Chris has a MSc in Human Resources from Strathclyde University, a BCom (Hons) in Business Studies from Edinburgh University and is an active member of the Senior Scottish Employee Relations Network.
